Simply browse our collection online, add your chosen handbag to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. It only takes a few minutes to complete your order securely.

Cossu accepts all major credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

We offer free delivery to the U.K. mainland. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail only, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

All our handbags are crafted from premium Italian leather, chosen for its durability, softness, and timeless elegance. Each piece is designed to age beautifully, becoming even more unique over time.

Our handbags are designed and made in Italy by skilled artisans who have perfected their craft over generations.

We recommend storing your bag in its dust bag when not in use, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and keeping it away from excess moisture. To preserve its shape, avoid overfilling your bag. A gentle leather conditioner can be applied occasionally to keep the leather supple.

Yes, every handbag arrives in a protective dust bag and carefully gift wrapped.

We hope you love your purchase from Cossu. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Orders placed between 24th November and 24th December 2025 qualify for our extended Christmas returns — all items can be returned up until 5th January 2026

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

Please contact us at gianna@cossusardinia.com within 7 days of receiving your handbag, including the reason for your return and supporting photos.

We will provide return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

PLEASE NOTE : Our Perfectly Imperfect pieces are NON - REFUNDABLE and not eligible for exchange.

Our handbags are crafted from genuine leather, a natural material with its own unique character. This means slight variations in colour, grain, and markings may occur—these are not faults, but part of what makes each handbag one of a kind. As every piece is handcrafted, no two will ever be exactly the same.

Over time, your bag may also develop a natural patina—a soft sheen and darkening of the leather that occurs with age and use. This is a sign of quality leather and adds to the individuality and charm of your bag.
