We offer free delivery to the U.K. mainland. All orders are shipped via DPD only, and once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

We recommend storing your bag in its dust bag when not in use, avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and keeping it away from excess moisture. A gentle leather conditioner can be applied occasionally to keep the leather supple.

Yes, every handbag arrives in a protective dust bag and carefully gift wrapped.

We hope you love your purchase from Cossu. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

Please contact us at gianna@cossusardinia.com within 7 days of receiving your handbag, including the reason for your return and supporting photos.

We will provide return instructions.

We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

FAULTY or DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or colour, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
